1. KANGAROOM’S RINGS MADE FROM?

Kangaroom’s rings are handmade with high-quality Polyester resin. The colour is mixed at the beginning of the process, so it is permanent and waterproof.

Accessories of rings are made from brass with metal plated finished (Gold, Rhodium, Platinum).

Ring and accessory assembly by Polyester resin or screw depend on designs.

2. HOW TO CARE?

The rings are made from Polyester resin. You can wash with soap and water or wipe by nail polish remover for a hard stain. But please avoid the direct heat above 50℃.

3. CAN THE COLOUR FADE AWAY?

For rings, colour won’t fade away but can be shinier depend on frequencies of use. Besides, metal plated colour can be faded a shiny by time.

4. CAN I ORDER CUSTOM DESIGN?

5. MY ORDER IS IN STOCK OR NOT?

Kangaroom online store is exclusive made only. Each item is made to order. It will take at least 15 days to be made. (Except a collection that mark as ready to ship.)

6. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once you confirmed an order, your items will be start production. It will take at least 15 days to be made. Once the items finished, we make a shipment via registered international air mail.

8. RING SIZES?

Kangaroom's ring has 4 sizes. As our product are handmade finished, sizes maybe a little difference.

Size S - circumference 51-53 mm.

Size M - circumference 54-56 mm.

Size L - circumference 57-60 mm.

Size XL - circumference 62-65 mm.

9. HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FINGER A RING SIZE?

Take a piece of string or a thin strip of paper. And wrap it around the base of the appropriate ring finger. Use a pen to mark the point where it overlaps, forming a complete circle. Measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark, in millimeters. You will then have the circumference measurement of your finger in millimeters,
